Pet Policy

1) All pets must be registered with the Leasing Office

2) There is a maximum of 2 pets per household limit

3) Pet sitting at any time is not permitted and will result in a lease violation as well as a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee.

4) When walking your dog in and out of the building, your dog must always remain on a suitable leash both for safety and to respect other residents.

5) If your dog has an accident anywhere inside the building, it is your responsibility to clean it up. Please notify the office so we can properly disinfect the area.

6) Your pet(s) can NEVER be left unattended on your balcony for any period of time.

7) When walking your dog outdoors, please use the designated relief areas and clean up after your pet using poop stations with poop bags.

 

  • When conducting work orders, maintenance is aware which units have pet(s). Any units with unregistered pets will have 24 hours to remove them or will be charged the $350.00 non-refundable pet fee as well as the $20.00 monthly pet rent.

We will be conducting our yearly inspection of each unit for unregistered pet(s) in September. Notices will be placed on each door during the week of your floor’s inspection dates.
